Nick Quieto serves as Vice President of Asset Management at REGAIN Investment Manager, LLC, bringing more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Beginning his career in Boston, MA, Nick has overseen portfolios totaling more than 1.5 million square feet across office, industrial, and flex properties. He has extensive experience leading large, cross‑functional teams and driving operational performance across diverse asset types. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption College.
